Learn practical skills in handling beef animals from renouwned animal behavior scientist, Dr. Temple Grandin. Dr. Grandin will demonstrate and lecture about normal and abnormal behavior for cows and calves, flight zone, point of balance, loading and unloading cattle, introducing new animals to an existing herd, human behavior around cattle, moving cattle, running cattle through a chute, and more. This will be a hands-on interactive session. Limited to 15 New Entry participants. Complete the application process to secure your spot.
