Eastern Massachusetts Mobile Poultry Processing Unit (MPPU)
New Entry manages the EMass MPPU, available for rent by farmers who have received their state slaughter license from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. We also offer technical assistance for those interested in building their own mobile or stationary on-farm poultry processing facility.
