Samuel Siaw is a second-year Master of Arts student in Sustainable International Development at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Hailing from Ghana, Samuel is a farmer who cultivates vegetables, yam, cassava, cashew, and coconuts with his parents on their family farm. This summer, he joined us as an intern, focusing on Data Analysis and Training. Samuel believes that food is the best medicine for mankind and advocates for using food as a preventive measure against illness, or else medicine will become one’s food. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing the piano and bass guitar.
