Run for Resilience: Support New Farmers and Fuel the Future of Local Food Today!

We are participating in the 2024 Gibbet Hill Cattle Run & BBQ, to raise money for the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project.

You can make a difference by generously donating to our team members who are courageously running up a big hill, dodging cow pies, to support those who want to care for the land, maintain healthy soil, and take on the many challenges of growing food.

New Entry's mission is to strengthen food systems by training new farmers to grow nutritious, culturally meaningful, and accessible food. We create economic opportunities for farmers, share new knowledge, and connect people to the land, building strong communities. In short, we help farmers achieve their dreams! We also run the New Entry Food Hub, which collects and distributes locally grown food through a CSA program, food access partners, and local schools and institutions.
