Earth Day Drink!!
On Saturday, April 22nd, Town Meeting Bistro will be offering menu specials that are sustainable, seasonal, local, slow food and/or regenerative!
Dishes include: Broiled Wellfleet Oysters, Pickled Ramps, and Buckwheat Honey Butter (using honey from Northwoods Apiaries in Vermont).
Pair it with the Green Fields Fizz Cocktail, featuring tequila, Celery saccharum, and Elderflower liqueur. From every cocktail ordered, 1$ will be donated to the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project.
