All buildings have power and there is one outside frost free faucet by the veg. field. The house on the property has a room for rent.

The land is enrolled in Massachsuett's Chapter 61A current use program.

Additional details:

I am looking to find another farmers to work with to further diversify may farm. I currently raise pigs, goats, sheep, and chickens and would like to find someone interested in raising vegetable on the available 1-3 acres. As part of the agreement they would be renting a room in the shared farm house. I would be happy to share my experiences in raising animals to any applicants.
