Additional details:

4 acres located in town of Groton, MA on former dairy farm. Owner has started a small specialty cut flower operation (est. 2013) and small bee operation, but her schedule and other work does not allow her to do it justice. She would like to help when she can, but now has very little time to do so. Ultimately, owner would like to see the land being productively used and is open to and flexible with respect to what type of agricultural enterprises take place on the land. Open to trial-term lease leading into a short-term lease for the right farmer fit.

Owner is also open to continuation/expansion of the cut flower business in Partnership with new farmer. No availability for roadside stand, but current owner has developed somewhat of a market for cut flowers with many ideas for expansion. Other nearby farmstands may be willing to buy product, or a location for farmstand could be found.

A great place for one or more enthusiastic farmers to take it and run. It is ready to be used immediately.
