Cucumber, Dill and Goat Cheese Relish

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
Directions
Combine the sour cream, goat cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire in a medium bowl and mix well. Fold in the cucumbers. Great as a topping for grilled salmon.
