Green Bean Salad

Super simple mix-up.


  • 3 pounds green beans
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar


Clean the green beans and wash them well.  Drop into rapidly boiling water.  Cover and cook on high heat for about 20 to 30 minutes (or until tender).  Remove from the heat; drain.  Place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients; mix together and serve.
