Simple Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups torn assorted salad greens (trimmed, washed, and dried)
  • 1/4 cup cleaned and chopped radish
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh mint leaves or mint mixed with parsley
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pitted and chopped black olives

Directions

Toss all ingredients together.  Drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice to taste.
